Maotai Group in recent years launched eight commemorative wine
In recent years, to meet the needs of collectors, as well as to strengthen the high-end market of Moutai, apart from the daily sales of their regular products, Moutai Group has also released commemorative editions of their wine periodically in correspondence to significant events.
Out of these commemorative editions, eight of them has not only a special commemorative significance, designing concept, quality packaging, but also a high collection value.
These eight editions are release to commemorate the return of Hong Kong in 1997, the return of Macau in 1999, the successful bidding of the Beijing Olympic in 2001, the launch of the Shen Zhou spacecraft in 2006, the Beijing Olympic Games in 2008, the 60th anniversary of the founding of the people's Republic of China in 2009, and the twelve zodiac Moutai for Shanghai World Expo in 2010 respectively.
